Dr. Sakul Kiatjeeravirat is the founder of Justice Protection Office and the institutional architect of its strategic legal advisory practice. He leads the firm's positioning across corporate, regulatory, energy and infrastructure mandates, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions involving Thailand, ASEAN and Chinese investors.
His advisory work concentrates on regulated-industry structuring, foreign investment frameworks, infrastructure bankability and the legal architecture of long-horizon institutional capital. He coordinates JPO's senior counsel layer on disputes, regulatory affairs and complex transactional matters.
